The contest is open only for Indian residing nationals.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the activity/contest.
The contest will be open from 12th Mar, 2010 to 12th Apr, 2010.
To enter the contest, one will have to play the game “Shineshah” & finish the game as fast as possible
Prizes include 4 Sony PSP, 12 iPod Shuffle and 100 Movie DVDs.
Winners shall be selected weekly, basis time taken to finish the game. Weekly prizes are :
First Prizes: 1 Sony PSP (Highest Scorer)
Next 3 Prizes: 3 IPod Shuffles
Next 25 Prizes: Bollywood/Hollywood DVDs
Nobody will be eligible for more than one prize per week.
The winners will be announced on the website and shall also be contacted through contact details given by them on the website.
No person is eligible for more than one prize except the winners of DVD.
All participants by virtue of entering this contest agree to their mobile numbers & email IDs receiving future communication regarding the company products, contests and research.
Entry to the contest is void where prohibited/not allowed.
Winners will be directly contacted by "Perfetti Van Melle India" through SMS and/or phone call. PVMI shall try to contact the winner for seven days and if the winner is not contactable during the period, he will not be eligible to claim the prize.
The winners may be requisitioned to pay any statutory deduction if applicable or any other statutory liability imposed by the Government.
The prize fulfillment will take 60 days from the date of receipt of TDS or any other statutory liability imposed by the government and the correct and valid postage address of the winner.
After due compliance with the statutory norms, the prizes would be sent to the winners through courier.
The decision of PVM India will be final & binding and is non-contestable.

To the extent permitted by law, PVM makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
PVM shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, as a result of participating in any contest or using any prize.
PVM accepts no responsibility for any variation in the maximum retail price of the prizes.
All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Prizes cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes except as mentioned above.
All entrants and winners waive any and all rights of claim with regards to the contest against PVM India.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Gurgaon.
Relatives & family members of employees of PVM India Pvt. Ltd., Digivaasi & McCann Erickson will not be eligible to participate in the contest.
